Stop Being Selfish

I want to know your favorite pizza place! and so do a lot of other people. That is why I created PizzaShare. Your favorite pizza place or favorite burger place or whatever is all data, and it is selfish for you to keep that to yourself. Imagine a world in which everyone uploaded their favorite things and their was unlimited access to all this data. This would mean that everyone got to experience things that the community has decided is great. This would eliminate mediocre pizza places and make sure when someone is doing something great people know about it. So next time you have something worth sharing DO IT! Everybody wins!!!

Sometime You Have to Settle

I love pizza, I love all kinds of pizza especially good locally owned places or small local chains. I know pizza enthusiast despise places like Dominos, Pizza Hut, and Papa John's and personally I don't really like any of those places. But I was driving by the grand opening of a Little Caesars today and I went. Do I consider Little Caesar good pizza? No way! I would hardly classify it under a pizza category. But do I consider it the best value in America? YES!! I go to Little Caesars because it reeks of efficiency in there. $5 for a large pizza that is ready anytime you are and it is cheap enough I can get my pizza fix anytime. I guess it is like 2 Buck Chuck for whinos or Keystone Light for college kids, it's horrible quality but it get's the job done.

Pizzazz, if you don't have one I feel bad for you

What is a pizzazz you might ask? Well it is the closest thing the pizza world has seen to magic, imagine being able to eat a frozen pizza in just 15 minutes from the freezer to your face. It eliminates the need for preheating your oven. You might think that such a high power device is dangerous...and your right, I have burned my hand plenty of times, but it is not as bad as the cornballer from arrested development. Anyways if you don't have one get one off of amazon and stop wasting 20 minutes preheating the oven.

If there is one guy who knows more about pizza than anyone else I have met it is Albert Grande over at pizzatherapy.. Pizza has totally consumed his life(which is a good thing). Check out his site(needs a little updating style wise) but has amazing content everything from pizza history to recipes to pizza places and even has his own pizza book. Check out his site and you will see what I am talking about.

Peanut Butter and Jelly, Lewis and Clark, Ben and Jerry, Hansel and Gretel, Mary Kate and Ashley....all combinations that make America great! But there is one combination that is all too often overlooked, that is Pizza and Microbrews. This is one combination that people just take for granted, but a lot of the best pizza places have brewery's(BJ's, Amicas, Il Vicino, Pizza Port, etc...)
